Good Things Happen Here!

After moving into our new home, and attending a really good Mission Leaders Meeting in Texas I headed to El Salvador. Yes, all in the same month of February. And, we moved in on a Wednesday between a weekend ice storm and the snow storm on the following weekend. Good things were and are happening.

I met Elias (left above pic) on a previous visit to El Salvador and we hit it off great. Elias lost his Dad, the pastor of a large independent church a couple of years ago. With the passing of his Dad Elias became the Sr Pastor of the church. But he was struggling and hungry to learn and asked if I would train him and his leaders. We set a date, bought a plane ticket, asked Josue if he would translate and things were set into motion.

The Conference theme was “Church Leadership and the Kingdom of God”

During the lead up to the training we had 20 Church Planters, Pastors and leaders from the US ask if they could join in. We had 50 Church Planters, Pastors and leaders from El Salvador show up for the training for a total of 70. On Sunday over 250 from Elias’s church attended. It was a very exciting and fruitful time for the Kingdom as the presence of the Lord broke in.
