2025 Was a Challenging Year! Trains, Planes, Automobiles, Boats, & Building Plans
One thing we have learned over our decades of life together and in the ministry is the Lord is always creative and timely in providing for all our needs and often our “wants”. This year, God has provided in such a beautiful way – through our children:
We were blessed with 5 acres of peaceful, rural land to build our home. Knowing it would help reduce our living expenses long-term made the decision even more meaningful. Much of this year has been devoted to building our new home, and after almost a full year, we are so excited to say we plan to move in on January 16. Grateful beyond words.
We also managed to fit in two special cruises! One with my brother and his wife celebrating our 50th anniversary, and another generous gift celebrating Bonnie’s 70th birthday.
We were still able to maintain an energetic GTN schedule for training leaders.
- Missions Leaders Meeting in Texas
- Ukraine – Two weeks, Preached and taught various workshops at five different churches throughout Ukraine.
- Taught a Spiritual Gifts Course in my Church
- Cairo, Egypt – Church Leadership and the Kingdom of God Workshop that became a Healing Conference for so many broken people. 140 in attendance.
- El Salvador – 300 attended. The Lord blessed so many. I will be going back in February.
- Guatemala – Leadership Training – Small but so good as the Lord transformed leaders.
- Myrtle Beach SC – GTN Regional Meeting followed by a Church Planting Workshop I did for church planters from two Myrtle Beach NC churches.
- Preached in my church five Sundays this past year.
- Raised $15,000 for Josue from El Salvador, to begin his seminary education on line. He earned a certificate which makes finishing his BS unnecessary. Josue is currently in El Salvador doing kids ministry and working on getting his F1 visa so he can enroll and be eligible for scholarships at Gordon Conwell in Hampton, MA. He will be working on an MDIV degree.
